I called Thurs. and told them I was on a fairly tight time line and needed the quote by the end of the day Fri. to make a decision by Monday morning. I was told they would get me a quote first thing Fri morning, four days later and still haven't heard back so went with a different company."

"Not reliable. I did not have proper coverage for over three years - I live in a duplex and own some rental properties and had massive coverage gaps while using them. Found a new agent, got more coverage for about $1,500 less a year. They misquoted me my annual premium by about $83 one time; I had written a large check (over $6k) for the annual renewal a week prior to Enlightenment (their trust account); they called around 1 pm to say my coverage would lapse at midnight if I did not drive an $83 check over to them before end of day.
