When I went back, even though they have an all sales final on clippers, they were very helpful in getting it exchanged since they could see it had been used. The saleswoman and mangers were extremely helpful and apologetic. Both were very knowledgeable about products as well."

"It mostly has everything you need from a beauty supply store - it's small though so the options are also somewhat limited. Customer service is friendly enough, but I find it rude when they answer the phone while checking you out. I prefer the other location."

"So i went to this store because this morning i put to much blonde in my hair and it turn orange! The lady that helped me was very nice but when i got home it was the wrong color! So i tried calling the store disconnect!!! So i drove back to the store and another Lady helped but she really did not know anything about hair color really!!! You work at a beauty place!! All she said was you can pick a different color i told her is it going to help get the orange out she's like i think so!! Im sorry but i will never go back there no wonder all the stores are closing."
