"Gate Park is thee best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve been at quite a few around Lincoln the office ladies are some of the coolest women you’ll ever meet they listen and help with any problems, the new updated apartments for only $780 is a massive win for anyone they did a wonderful job on these builds the carpet is the softest! I would recommend anyone to stay here I’m glad I found a home here!"

"I’ve lived at Gate Park for nearly a year in one of their updated two bedrooms. Everything was brand new when we moved in and they definitely chose quality over quantity with the updated appliances, flooring, fixtures, etc. Maintenance staff is SUPER attentive, helpful, and respectful. The office staff are also super nice. One added perk that you don’t normally get in an apartment is the water pressure is great and you will almost never run out of hot water. Only downside is shared laundry that is coin operated. I’ve loved living here and if I wasn’t moving to Omaha I would definitely renew my lease! Edit: The staff are horrible people. They made a mistake that risks the safety of ALL of their tenants and refuse to make it right. The complex-wide door code was given out to tenants and a dangerous person now has access 24/7. This person actually broke into my apartment on numerous occasions threatening harm. The ladies at the office refuse to change the code because it would be too much of a “hassle.” It is completely disgusting that their convenience matters more than the safety and life of tenants."

"My ex fiance and I lived here for 3 years. I absolutely loved it here. The staff were so welcoming and always there for us if we needed anything. When we upgraded to our 2nd apartment, Kristen was super helpful with everything. Kristen and Mindy are always advocating for the residents and they do everything they can to make everyone happy. One thing I loved about Gate Park was how quiet it was and the location. You are so close to everything! Maintenance is on top of everything and responds at a quick time frame. Never had had issues. If you needed something fixed or replaced, they were on top of it! Overall, Gate Park is an amazing place to live!!! They deserve 10,000 Stars"

"I lived at Gate Park with my 2 children for 6 years and I really cannot say enough good things about the place. The only reason I moved is I purchased my own home. Gate Park is a no frills basic community. They have a small playground in the commons area with a picnic table and a BBQ grill. The grill came in real handy. There is a laundry room with 4 washers and 4 dryers. If you time your washing right you will never have to wait. They are always updating the buildings with new windows, canopy awnings above the entry doors and painted hallways; it keeps the place looking nice and clean. The management takes care to know everyone who lives there by name and you are always greeted with a smile. Any maintenance issue I had was taken care of that day. Both my dishwasher and refrigerator went out in the same year and they were replaced with nice new units, both were old originals when I moved in. Every year you renew your lease you get to choose an upgrade, new ceiling fan, free carpet cleaning and microwave were some of the choices. Also every year they throw a few social gatherings in the club house complete with food, drinks and prizes. If you are a college student looking for a basic apartment or an adult looking for a quiet place to live, Gate Park is perfect."

"Gate Park Apartments management is amazing. Management goes above and beyond to make their tenants feel at home. They always have a good attitude and are always willing to help. I've been locked out of my apartment twice and I was always let back in. They seemed so happy to help. Management updated our appliances because they truly wanted us to have a good experience at our apartment. They are constantly trying to update different things about the apartments including doors that will open using your cell phone. Rent is affordable and the apartments are in great condition. I've never heard my neighbors make loud noises just the occasional bumps and thuds. Parking is a little tight but completely insignificant in the grand scheme of things. I would say that overall, I would choose Gate Park because of how kind management is. They are great."
