Events every month, daily hot fresh coffee with many choices, food trucks, swimming pool, game room, dog shower station, grilling station, fire pit, nice view, lots of open space and green grass for kids and pets, beautiful clubhouse with rental available, gym/ weight room and the best staff! What more could you ask for??"

"I moved in during December and have absolutely loved this complex. First off, the apartments are beautiful and have very new appliances and just look very classy. The apartment managers take very good care of the complex building and outside as well as are very quick with maintenance requests. The valet trash is very handy as well. In addition to this they also host a variety of resident events and seem to care a lot about the people in their complexes. Highly recommended!"
"A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day by friendly courteous workers. The workout rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I love all the resident activities they plan for us to be a familiar community. I live alone here and could not feel safer anywhere else with friends living there and the security...a beautiful neighborhood for sure!!"
"I have lived at 8801 for a little over a year and recently renewed my lease for a 2nd year. I work from home and find the apartment environment suitable for my needs. I would recommend 8801 to young professionals who also work from home. Also, during my time Maintence has been quick to assist when needed unexpectedly and the office staff have always been available. The office has also provided opportunities for residents to meet and have fun, which I appreciate. Plus the dogs get to swim at the end of the season!"
