"Wreaked of pot, cigs, and other offensive smells. Multiple couples fighting and yelling each other at 3 in the afternoon. Couldn't get out of there fast enough..."

"The insides of the apartments are fairly decent but the owners definitely need to do some updating especially on the parking lot which you'd be lucky to drive through without breaking an axle on your car. This apartment complex writes worst in Lincoln for parking accommodations and quite possibly the worst I've ever seen for parking lots"

"I was mulching the grounds and there is a lot of hills and places that are rough to get a wheelbarrow. But that's why I got paid as much as I did. I believe it's a very nice place to live with friendly neighbors and a great landscape"

"Its a fair place to live. I think the apartment complexes would do better if they had a resident mananger that could keep the hallways, stairways and outside areas clean. Having someone to handle issues between residents and enforce basic rules would also be good. Garage rental is to expensive and parking lot need major fixing of holes and more parking would be great."
