"I would give zero if it was an option, people are ruthless, rude, and very unprofessional to say the least. Customers should never be treated with such disrespect as their tenants are. I don't think any of these rude people in the office would appreciate being treated this way if it were them or one of their family members, I hope something is done about this!"
"I would have given a 0 or minus rating if possible. Only because they (2222/2212 R St) are close to 24/25 bus stops and comparatively cheap (as Lincoln is getting expensive day by day), they treat their tenants in the worst possible way. They are simply rude and incompetent. I can write 100 bad things about them but I don’t wanna waste my time on them. One thing I liked is the maintenance guys, they were always helpful and kind. But the ladies who work at the office, OMG, rudest people ever."
"All the bad reviews about Eden Management are right. I can honestly say that all rental companies see their tenants as money making machines of course at their own convenience. They don't care about you as a tenant, THEY CARE ABOUT GETTING MORE MONEY. I would like to give less than 0 stars if I can. I have a family member who was treated like trash, even after being a good tenant for many years paying rent on time. The only good thing they have is their maintenance team, they are nice and kind people, but not the old ladies in the office they are rude, heartless, without feelings. Because of this kind of people the world is full of evil."
"¡READ REVIEWS! Think twice about renting with Eden, they will treat you really bad and they don't really care if you got issues with the place where you're staying. If the rent is due a Saturday and if you don't pay them by Friday they will still charge you a late fee even if you drop it off a Sat. I have the worst experience with them even though I was told they were not good as landlords, I still went to rent with them and it was the worst experience I ever had. Also, they don't give you any money back from your deposit, they will make up excuses and charge you even more. Hopefully they close soon."
"This review is written from the perspective of a neighbor who lives next to 1332 Meadow Dale Drive, a rental property managed by Eden Rentals and is intended to draw attention to the lack of property/investment protection provided by Eden rentals. Be cautious if you are an investor who believes Eden Rentals' promises about investment protection, unless property destruction is acceptable to you. Eden Management Service alleges on their website that they will protect your investment and look out for the best interests of property owners/investors. They also promise to screen tenants and assist with evictions, ensuring that your investment is safe. This property's current state contradicts all of the investment protection claims and promises on their website. Several photos of the property after the renters left are attached. Eden Rentals rented this property (1,008 ft2/3 bedroom/1 bath/no basement) to a family of 6 about 4 years ago (2 adults, 4 kids). Initially, the tenants attempted to maintain the property to acceptable standards. However, the exterior of the property developed into an eyesore for the neighborhood after the first year of occupancy for the new tenants. Many neighborhood residents walk by the deteriorating property because of its proximity to the neighborhood pool and had to see the unkempt lawn, trash around the property, and walk over/around toys and bikes that were left on the sidewalk. The city has been contacted about the property, and multiple warnings have been issued about the weeds and the height of what grass remains. Eden Management has also been contacted about these concerns and have not responded to any of the complaints. Dogs and cats were not permitted on the property, according to the initial rental posting. The tenants disregarded this rental rule and had multiple cats during their occupancy. On June 2nd 2019, the tenants approached me about discharging a flee bomb to eliminate flees in their house from their kittens. At this time the condition of the property was deteriorating so I called Eden Rentals to inform them of the issues and was ignored. The tenants have now vacated the property and left behind trash and belongings, torn up landscaping in the front yard, destroyed lawn void of grass and full of noxious weeds, broken windows, and trash covering the interior floors that can be viewed walking by an open side window. Pictures do not give a comprehensive visual representation of the damage as it looks worse in person. Personalities and neighbor disputes are unimportant when it comes to property/investment protection, but knowing the history helps tell the story. Almost immediately, the tenants' actions caused severe tension with the neighbors, prompting some residents to install security cameras on their property. During the four years that the family lived in the rental, the Lincoln Police Department responded to the address 32 times (which can be verified by retrieving a record for police calls from 2018 to the present). Eden Rentals was informed of these problems but yet again was unresponsive. While Eden Rentals does not bear any responsibility for ensuring the character of the renters, they do claim to protect your physical property by screening applicants. If Eden Management was diligent about their screening process, this property may have never been neglected and damaged like it was. Eden Management was delinquent with their screening process thus resulting in a damaged investment, or at least the inconvenience of repairs and clean up prior to marketing the house to the next renter. To summarize, you should not trust Eden Management with your investment unless protection means the building did not burn down or you have low expectations for protection. (All pictures are recent after tenants have vacated property. The trash and destruction that remains is half of what existed prior to them leaving)."
