"I have not had any bad experiences while living here. Bruce and Gaye have been very responsive. to any requests I have. I have not met some of office managers but again no problem with them."

"Just starting my 3rd year living here. Everyone's been so nice and accommodating. The office staff has been very friendly. Maintenance is really quick about getting to fix things. They're quick with snow removal. And in the summer time all the yards look really nice and well kept up."

"Reached out to the property management before applying to verify if they took dogs, if they had w/d in unit, and availability. Was met by BECKY HASKINS, who so kindly asked that I tag her in my review, with a condescending and rude attitude. When she was confronted about it she continued to be unprofessional and tried to turn the blame on me. This apartment could've been the perfect fit for me and my sister but because of how rude and unprofessional BECKY HASKINS is I will find another vacant apartment to rent and hope no one else deals with her crass behavior."

"I lived here for a year and left as soon as I could. At first it was really nice because we had a spacious apartment, however, it was very dark and gloomy. We were paying the extra amount of rent to have access to a pool that was not open the entire time we lived there. Our neighbors above us were EXTREMELY loud and nothing was done about it. Throughout those freezing cold winter months our furnace broke at least once a week. We contacted maintenance several times and it was never fixed. The next thing we knew, there was an eviction notice in our doorway. They stated that we were in violation of our lease and if we didn’t fix it within the next 14 days we would need to evict. There was no specification of what we were in violation of. I contacted the office manager every day within that 14 days and got absolutely no answer as to how we were violating our lease. Fortunately, we were not evicted but our furnace was never fixed. When they had a change in management, we were not notified until almost 2 months after the switch. The new office manager ensured my roommate and I that our deposit would be able to be split and could be sent separately to our residences. This was apparently not the case and I was not notified by management at all. My previous roommate had received an email but I had no knowledge of what was going on. I would not recommend living here unless you really want to spend a fortune in rent for a spacious apartment and poor management does not bother you."
