Spacious updated apartment, huge closets, love my master suite and spare room, easy access, underground parking, quiet building, quiet neighborhood and neighbors. They just installed an app that allows easy access with an app or entry codes and ability to maintain my thermastat from anywhere. Best price point in Lincoln, best staff (office and maintenance) and best value in Lincoln."

When I tell you that The Dakota and all the amazing people that work from them truly set this place apart, I mean it. The apartments are luxury living with luxury service from the leasing office. Krueger Development puts the happiness of the residents before anything and it shows. I have nothing but great things to say about this place. I've lived at other Krueger Development apartments and was continuously amazed by the service and quality of living. Whenever you have a concern or issue, the leasing agents are there to help and listen. Whenever you need maintenance to come out, they are assisting you rather quickly. "My boyfriend and I have been living here for two years and love it! The staff is amazing at answering questions and always respond in a timely manner. The apartments are quiet and everyone is very friendly! The gym and the heated garage are very nice as well."
"For being 2 months into our apartment we love it! Tammy and Siara have been phenomenal to my girlfriend and I. Maintenance is always polite and quick whenever you have a request. The apartment is very updated and always clean both inside the building and outside. I would highly recommend checking out these apartments if you truly want luxury and respect as a renter."
