"Chantacleer is the best apartment complex I've lived at! The apartments are really nice, with great layouts, color schemes, and updated appliances. The grounds are nice and well kept, and the whole place is pet-friendly-although you would hardly notice if pets aren't your thing. I never hear my neighbors much and it's just a quiet place to live in a great area of town. Everyone at the office is really nice and helpful too, and my concerns are always taken care of right away. I would definitely recommend living here!!"

"I have lived at Chanticleer Residences for almost 16 years now, and my overall experience through 5 property managers during this period of time, has been remarkably good. With the exception of about 5 years of home ownership, I have chosen to live in apartments for the majority of my adult years. No complex is perfect, but I must say whenever a problem or need arose, my experience with both management and maintenance here at Chanticleer Residence, has been very responsive. In general, it is the primary reason I intend on continuing as a resident for the foreseeable future. Compared to similar apartments in Lincoln, the cost is reasonable, and the floor plans are spacious with good variety. I consider the location of this complex to be ideal relative to shopping, schools, restaurants, and professional services. This property has always been well maintained, the security has been good, and the management has been attentive to making sure living here is an enjoyable experience."
