"The apartment was sold to the new company called Lund by Samson Construction and new ownership management office is extremely incompetent and rude. Just poor management of people. I would not recommend this apartment to any new resident."
"Very nice complex that is well maintained. The carpets are a bit old though but they refurbished the kitchen. Pro: location, garage parking, pool Con: pool season is short, carpets, central venting is old and loud"
