"One of the worst places you can rent in Lincoln. It is Not worth what’s they’re asking for, I lived there for a year and during the year lease I experienced water shuts off randomly for repairs at least once a week, on almost every floor there is a trash can collecting water from leaks, when showering water fluctuates, in my apartment the bathroom paint was peeling and molded, parking lot says private parking but is not enforced, heating and AC only turns on when they want, the washer and dryers they offer to wash your clothes stink like mildew and don’t get cleaned often, and if you enjoy taking the elevator well that’s shut off at least 2x a month bc it malfunctions.."
