"Living here has been great. If I weren't graduating this year, I'd certaintly renew my lease. The location is perfect, right in the Haymarket. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help. Common areas are clean, and apartments are modern and sophisticated."
"The move-in process was the fastest I have ever had when moving into a new apartment, the folks here make it a very streamlined process overall which was impressive to me. The front desk staff are also very friendly and helpful with any questions you might have. This apartment is relatively close to a lot of great locations in the Haymarket, and only a short walk away from the UNL campus. One downside is that parking was a couple of blocks away and a little difficult to bring groceries back to the apartment. I was also extremely impressed with how the general manager Lexie helped me with the logistics of moving out, and they were very good with communicating about any questions I had."
"This is the best place to live on campus. The service and staff is amazing and always help really quickly. It's easy to take out the trash at 8N, there is a shuttle that takes you from 8N to campus, and the view is amazing for sunsets!"
"I have lived here for two years and love it! I have had great experiences with the staff and maintance crew as well. The shuttle is great for class on days that it is too cold to walk. Overall 10/10 good place to live for last two years of college."
"Furnished apartments are nice but not well cleaned when moving in. The elevators are always broken. There is no close parking through 8N, so you have to go through a separate company. Other than that, the front desk staff is friendly and very helpful. It’s in a great location just outside of the Haymarket and is a safe place for college students to live. The shuttle service is a great feature and really helpful in getting students to campus!"
