"I have been very happy with Cheever apartments! They have fixed any problems I have had and the staff has always been helpful and friendly! I live close to many businesses, two bus stops and right next to 48th street so it is easy to get to any place in Lincoln! I have been here 25 years and I have been completely satisfied with Cheever apartments!"

"Great apartment if you like filthy hallways, horrible smells, and bed bugs. If you do report that bed bugs are present in the complex, you get invoiced $1000 for extermination fees even though exterminator expressed that the invasion was not coming from your apt. Great place to live!"

"Absolute worst place we have ever stayed. Terrible problem with cockroach infestation, continuing even after being sprayed multiple times. Maintenance is friendly, but the office staff does not get back to you in a timely manner, leaving you waiting and wondering even after the 3rd office call. Moving out, we cleaned the apartment high and low making it cleaner than it was when we moved in. They charged $90 off of the deposit for dusting light fixtures, washing windows, and vacuuming the carpet (even though we vacuumed the whole place 3 times before leaving). I strongly advise anyone looking at these apartments to turn and run."

"Friendly staff and always understanding to unexpected life situations. The apartments are clean and up kept very well. The neighbors in my complex are quiet and respectful. Maintenance is always on quick to get repairs completed in a timely manner. I've lived here for almost 2 years and have no major complaints."
