"I lived here with my 2 kids. They were more than happy to give me an apartment location where my kids could be free to move around without disturbing the other neighbors. Neighbors were friendly and welcoming. Maintenance responds so quickly even when it's snowing heavily. My 2 year old locked us out of the bedroom during one of the snow times and maintenance arrived so quickly to help sort out the door. I recommend this apartment over and over again. Great price, great location."

"If I could give zero stars I would! This place is not safe, and the owners and managers do nothing about that. My daughters roommates car got broken into twice already since they moved in at the beginning of the school year. I asked them to install cameras the first time and I was told “we have a camera but only on the office.” How does that help the people that pay you to live there? They cannot keep paying to repair their cars that are exposed due to your lack of security or concern! This is unacceptable! Do not live here unless you can afford to pay to fix your car every month! They totally ripped apart her console and steering column the first time, and they managed to do it again! Shame on this facilities owners and managers! You don’t care at all about your tenants!!!!!"

"So many car break ins at this apartment complex and their solution is “more light” ?? Apparently the idea of cameras has been brought up to corporate before but they don’t care enough to get them. They also have security but it doesn’t even patrol the area all night so really it’s pointless. Overall not a safe place to live."

"If I could give zero stars I would. Had multiple car break ins and when the office is told about it they simply say “okay”. My roomates car has gotten two windows broken in the last month. Their idea of fixing it is installing more street lights when there’s already enough to light the parking lots up. Then they tell us we can buy a garage. As a college student who can barely afford rent how do they expect us to want to pay for a garage. All this place cares about is money. They don’t care about their tenants or the safety of their tenants at all. My roommates and I don’t feel safe living here without any type of security or security cameras after so many break in incidents. They claim they have security drive through twice a night, but obviously it’s not helping. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"This place isn't safe at all. My Daughters roommate's car has been broken into twice this month where they break a window to get in the car. Last month 3 vehicles got broken into the same night. This place has no cameras and it's obvious people on the street know this. But however there is a camera in front of the office for their security. PARENTS stay away from this place and we can't get our daughter out of here fast enough."
