"Don’t be deceived by the cheaper price of the apartments. The inside apartments are quite old, gloomy and terrible, especially the non-refurbished ones. The management and service don’t provide a broad range of services. The only reason I ended up signing the lease here was the fact that I could secure a roommate and the other choices were not affordable for. This apartment is not worth of it. It’s a wise choice to pay a little higher and go for the better apartments. Update after the manager’s comment: I reached out to the manager. She was not cooperative at all. Also, almost during the whole January, the washer is either broken or flooded with water. Today on Feb 07, the building door is locked and doesn’t open! It’s really frustrating!!! Seems like that the manager doesn’t do anything appropriate to fix the problems. Again and even more strongly to the future residents, just AVOID staying in this apartment!!"

"I have lived here for a few months shy of 2 years. First, the apartment is infested with cockroaches and management does the bare minimum about it when you even get a response from them. The buildings are in absolute disrepair. Windows haven’t been changed in decades, holes in doors and walls, appliances that barely function, the common areas are never cleaned and are disgusting, the entrance door lock is broken, the shared laundry is never cleaned or maintained and are out of order 95% of the time. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors doing everything and even more so screaming at all hours of the night. Parking is abysmal and their snow removal is ‘just ignore it until it gets packed down by residents cars!’ The garage looks like it’s about to collapse at any minute. There is no mail service so they just throw your package on the stoop and you have to hope for the best. For the price, you are being robbed. The location isn’t even that great and there are far better options."

"Parking lots are in horrible shape, mailboxes are bent to where they barely open, actual apartments are old and in bad shape, windows don’t open, tenants are inconsiderate with their level of noise. Neighbors slammed doors constantly and made the entire building shake. Have seen the fire department here more than a couple of times because people don’t pay attention when they cook. Management is clueless. They sent me a 7 day eviction notice saying I didn’t pay rent even though I’ve never missed a single payment. When I emailed them asking for an explanation they never responded. I turned in my keys two weeks earlier than my move out date and they called weeks later asking where the keys were. Never gave me back what they owe from my deposit. Only decent thing was maintenance responded in a mostly timely manner. Overall horrible experience and I lived here for only a year. Better off going to the apartments across the street."

"I lived in these apartments for almost 3 years. For starters there are no in unit washer/dryer - which for the price is not a huge deal. But the ones that are in the basement and shared space were not well taken care of. There was constantly dirt and other people stuff left behind after people took their clothes out. The basement flooded several times and was never properly cleaned out, there was just dried mud and dirt all over the floor. Our building door didn’t have a functioning lock for a long period time, it even at one point could lock you inside! Talk about a fire hazard. My biggest complaint is the air conditioning. I submitted multiple maintenance requests to get my AC fixed or replaced, and they just kept telling me there was nothing wrong with. It got up to 80 degrees INSIDE my apartment. That is unlivable conditions it was so hot in there I couldn’t sleep. There was more than once one of my neighbors “burnt” something so bad the entire hallway filled with smoke. There were at least two occasions when I lived there that one of the building pillars (holding up the air conditioners) were knocked down and took weeks if not months to replace. I was lucky enough to have an updated apartment but all of the windows were old and half of them did not work. This is just the beginning of the issues I had with this place, it’s not worth the little bit cheaper rent. I would look around before considering moving in here."

"I love my little apartment, but I have unfortunately had 6 or 7 leaks in the past year and a half that I have lived here, more than I have ever had in the many years I have lived in different apartments. The other unfortunate thing is that maintenance tries to cover up bullet wounds with a bandaid. Oh, you have a leak? Let’s caulk it and call it good. Oh, you have mold growing on your ceiling? Let’s just paint over it to make it look pretty. DO NOT LIVE HERE, YOU WILL SURELY REGRET IT!"
