She also contacts us after she has sent someone to do a repair. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. We had a bathroom and electrical problem and they were taken care of right away. We needed a step repaired outside I put in the request last night they responded immediately and someone came out here today to do it, Angela Balcorta is great. we have never had quick response like this.
