"We are very happy with the maintenance services that have been provided. Angela, Balcorta is very efficient. She follows up as soon as she gets a request. She also contacts us after she has sent someone to do a repair. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional. We had a bathroom and electrical problem and they were taken care of right away. We needed a step repaired outside I put in the request last night they responded immediately and someone came out here today to do it, Angela Balcorta is great. we have never had quick response like this. Of course we don’t want things to need repair but if it happens, we know we are in good hands."
