"I have reviewed One Pacific Place before and gave a five star review at that time too. I think it is important for people to know that my five star review remains intact. One Pacific Place is an amazing community and does everything they can to accommodate us that live here. I do not know how they accomplish all that they do with a lean team and so many apartments and townhomes to care for. They do get it done, however, and as quickly as possible. The property manager is so fair and reasonable and the people she has on her team get so much work accomplished and literally bend over backwards to help the older adults that live here. Our common areas are always "eat on the floor" clean and beautifully maintained."

"I am a senior citizen who moved to One Pacific Place from out-of-State in order to be closer to family. My family & I did an exhaustive search of Omaha apartments before selecting this complex. I spent several months on a waiting list in 2022. I am now a 90+ day resident. My purpose in writing this review is to point out some terrific features that have not been mentioned by other reviewers. First, I wanted to live in a smoke-free building. One Pacific Place offers this feature in selected buildings and (more importantly) enforces it. I looked at other complexes with huge smoke-free signs out front but then was disappointed to be shown soon-to-be available apartments obviously occupied by chain smokers. I also wanted an elevator & heated parking accessible from my apartment without going outside or climbing stairs. One Pacific Place has this. Finally, I wanted to be within walking distance of upscale shopping that included a nice grocery store, restaurants, and hairdresser. One Pacific Place offers this + a nearby walking trail around a lake. It is possible to live here without a car & some residents do. The long-time property management team (Broadmoor) is organized, efficient, & honest. You can't go wrong living here."

"My husband and I have been living at The Residences at One Pacific Place for over a year and a half. We have not lived in an apartment complex for a long time and did not know what to expect. We are so very happy living here. Joanna the manager and her assistant Nicole are amazing individuals. They are so friendly, caring and very efficient. The maintenance crew is great. Any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently. The swimming pool in the summer is perfect ( and always kept immaculately clean). My husband uses the exercise room every day. He loves that there are various exercise equipment to chose from. Needless to say, we would highly recommend The Residences at One Pacific Place."

"One Pacific is a wonderful place to live. In the 3 years I’ve lived here I’ve made friends, enjoyed the pool, pickleball court, gym, and the walking paths behind the complex. My apartment is spacious, open, lovely and so quiet. The view is spectacular. The office and maintenance staff are so accommodating; They know me by name and respond positively. Dave and his maintenance staff are great. Can’t imagine a better apartment community in Omaha."

"My husband and I moved into a 2 bedroom apartment in June of 2021. We have enjoyed the pool, beautiful fitness center and meeting new residents. The staff is very welcoming. Joann and Nicole were helpful to make sure we had everything ready for a peaceful move in. Mike the maintenance man always comes to see what you need to be fixed with a smile on his face. Amy well she made sure our apartment was ready for us to call it our new home. We love our apartment and having underground parking rocks. We panning on living here for along time. Kathy Mckeever"
