"Someone used my social security to rent an apartment here that went to collections. I blame the staff . If the owner wants to do the right thing they can remove it from my report. Don't do business here. Your neighbors are doing identity fraud. Most likely their ex-cons or child predators. Exercise extreme caution."

"They don't fix anything! Rent isn't bad, but the washer has been broke for almost 4 months so always at the laundry mat. Hot water lasts 10 minutes due to one water heater per building."

"It's a bad place to rent, a lot of trouble, the lady who works in the place is very rude, unprofessional, many vehicles towed by the tow truck, why do they call them themselves, even if you have your parking pass? Don't be fooled by these people."

"I moved in a few months ago. From the start Terry Newman was awesome. She worked with us to hold an apt for us for a few weeks until we were out from under a previous lease with another apt and were able to move in. When we moved in, all the items we listed on the move in check list were taken care of almost immediately. Terry always has a smile on her face and a great attitude. I enjoy paying my rent in person each month just to stop in and say Hello. Also, any issues we have had that needed maintenance since we moved in, has been handled quickly. I believe Juan is the guy that has come to take care of those issues. He also has such a great demeanor and attitude. Every apt has it's issues, especially when it is not a new complex. However, my experience here has been good. Kudos to Terry and Juan as they make sure they keep the tenants happy."
