"Moved in less than 6 months and I’m not sure I want to resign my lease. Leasing office never gets back to you about any questions or concerns. Even though they give you their information and say, “Please reach out for anything”. They’ll just listen and say “It’ll be taken care of” or “It’s getting taken care of”. Strange enough, it never does! They schedule days for our filters to get changed and alarms to be checked and then nobody shows up. Both of the women I’ve met in the office can come off nice, but clearly don’t care about anyone but themselves. Never met such an unprofessional leasing staff. Apartments look nice, but there’s chips and small damage that has basically been covered up and temporarily fixed to look nice at first glance. Which I’m sure I’ll get stuck with the bill at the end! Yay! Insulation is complete crud and you can hear everything your neighbors are doing. EVERYTHING. The staff will send group wide text to everyone concerning THEIR problems with parking and cleanliness, but won’t address anyone else’s. A handful of neighbors that I’ve met are super nice, but it seems we’re all on the same page about the staff. If the staff actually gave a care, I’d think this place is worth the price."

"My husband and I have lived in this complex since our building was first opened, so I can say that through the years, things have changed again and again, but I’m writing this now, 5 years later, because things have been so good here lately. Noelle, the current manager with Access Properties, has really made a strong effort to make things wonderful for the residents. Since she has begun managing the property, things have been noticeably better than at any other point in time we’ve been here. She addresses issues immediately, maintenance requests are completed extremely quickly and are done very well, also - whereas in the past, everything was done half-a$$ed, always, and it was incredibly frustrating. The maintenance staff used to be lazy and always completed things just…KIND OF. Like not totally fixed, but jimmy-rigged…and not well done. That has changed since Access commercial properties purchased the complex and Noelle has been in place! I love the little things she does day-to-day to make living here fun and nice, on top of just being good at her job. She puts out snacks and refreshments for residents to enjoy at the clubhouse, schedules fun and unique events at the property, and also keeps in constant contact with us about both things we need to be informed of as well as upcoming fun! I now would wholeheartedly recommend living here - it’s amazing how big of a difference strong management and a good company owning the property can make! Thanks to Noelle, Access Commercial, and their entire, wonderful maintenance staff for really improving day to day living at the Avenue 204 Apartments and making it a great place to be :)"
"I've lived here for two years & it's so 'home-y' & the people are so friendly. Its a great location for me too since I work in Omaha a lot, but also in Lincoln & Bellevue frequently, so it's a good middle ground. It's also pet friendly, which is a plus! It's a very clean and kept apartment complex, and has only improved on that since Access Commercial took over. Which is important when pets are there. They also don't pick up your trash in the hall, and I love that! I've been in others that do, and I think it's tacky and stinky. The dumpsters are conveniently placed near each building so its not hard to take it out at all. They also have a very nice pool with a grill and patio area, along with a clubhouse that is so nice to utilize, especially when you have kiddos like I do! I didn't plan on staying here long when I moved in, but my kids love it here & I do too, so we keep extending our lease! It's a great apartment complex to live in!"
