"As a first-time apartment dweller, I looked at several apartment options, square footage per dollar amount, staff, grounds/amenities, and everything else one would look for when deciding on an apartment. I went with Tradewinds, and I couldn't be more glad that I did. The staff is amazing, especially Tammy, who makes you feel wanted, heard, and very welcomed. She is so helpful in so many ways and she always does her job with politeness and a kind heart. She's amazing! The apartment itself is very nice and spacious with a good amount of storage as well. The bathrooms could have a bit more storage but you win some/you lose some! There is enough space for shelving to compensate. It hasn't been long since I've been there, but my experience with application, acceptance, move-in, and initial living has been nothing short of great. I have called with maintenance requests and they have been on top of things very quickly which is great to have. The tenants seem to be respectful and it's a growing community with untapped potential. Thanks Tradewinds!!"

"The apartment that me an my son looked at was nice, but they are brand new so they should be the two bedroom we looked at was very roomy an spacious was a good lay out lots of closet space. The price is a little high for the quality of the cabinets an counters an the cheesy wood work kind of gave it the feel of a mobile home. The ad says stainless steel appliances they are stainless steel look not real stainless there is a difference. I made a appointment a week and a half in advance an was supposed to be accompanied by a leasing agent for the tour, and literally just a few hours before my appointment they got ahold of me to tell me they were to booked up an would have to reschedule or do a self guided tour which we chose to do the self tour. But I do have to say they have gotten back to me via text to answer all of my questions. 4 stars for fact of the self guided tour an cheesy cabinets an wood work."

"I am here to leave an honest review of these apartments. They are beautiful looking units and I moved out here because it seemed like it would be a nice, quiet place to live. I was straight forward with the leasing agent when I was touring this place that I left my last apartment due to noise issues and only wanted to live on the top floor at Trade Winds. I did get my top floor unit and have lived here for about 4 months and I’ve lived in apartments for 10+ years, many different ones at that. If you want to live in an apartment and have peace and quiet, look elsewhere. These units were so cheaply made that it’s ridiculous. I constantly hear neighbors on both sides of my wall, closing their drawers, talking, playing movies and music, etc. and also the staircase leading up to your door is aligned with one of the bedrooms (the one I picked for my room unfortunately) and the doors are so heavy that I hear people closing them at all hours of the day. I can’t even blame my neighbors either, because they’re just letting the door close behind them, but it’s such a heavy door and the walls are so thin that when this happens, the pictures and art on my walls actually vibrate. Not the best way to wake up at 6 am every morning. Also the stairs in the staircase are concrete, so you can hear people walking up and down all day, even if they aren’t trying to be loud on purpose. The method at this complex for noise complaints is to call emergency maintenance at any time of day or night, and they have to come into your apartment and hear it for themselves. That’s fine, I respect that, but also I don’t always wants to call maintenance and have them come into my apartment. I have actually gone into the office with a video proving my noise issue and they wouldn’t even watch the video and once again told me to just call emergency maintenance in the moment. Not a fan of this method. In the cold season, living here in Nebraska, we do get days that are negative temperatures. My bedroom is the front room, and at one point this winter, my room was 53 degrees, even with the heat on. I’m not sure if the builders/owners of this place just decided not to have any insulation, but I had to buy a space heater… for my bedroom. I can tell that the walls are thin because I can hear people talking outside while I’m in my room. I will say, the people in the office are kind, and these apartments are beautiful! But if you’re looking for a quiet place to live your life and not freeze in your bedroom during the cold winter days, don’t move here."

"Great experience working with Tammy. She was detailed and helped me from the application to move in. Cali was there to help on me as well. Apartment was spotless and in excellent repair. Great value compared to complexes in this area. Quiet, clean. Nice places to walk and pet- friendly."

"Living here (over 2 years) has been an incredible experience. The Trade Wind team made our moving in process streamlined and were always quick to answer or get back to us on any questions/concerns for the duration of our stay. Steven, Tammy, and Cali are attentive to details and always positive. The apartments are smart home compatible and has features that really elevated the living experience (google home/Alexa compatible, soft closed cabinets, built in closet storage solutions). The neighbors are quiet, and we hardly heard noises around us (even when there were constructions on the other apartment units). The grounds are kept cleaned and manicured for it being still so new, and the entry way to the units are vacuumed at least once a week. Maintenance requests were responded within the day. Parking is easy and there are plenty of spaces to accommodate residents and guests. I have never experienced such a phenomenon team and will miss living here greatly. I highly recommend booking a tour with the complex and living here!"
