"Terrible place. Do not get a home through these people. Rent is all over the place it seems to change monthly so you never know what you have to pay. They don't communicate with you on paperwork you need to fill out until the point they kick you out. They are very rude and show up randomly and unannounced. Force their way in your home. Random charges for no reason. If it's between this and the homeless shelter I would rather go to the shelter. Just like the rest of the government here it's corrupt and a scam to screw you over and keep you down. If you make more they charge you more so you can never get out."

"These people are HEARTLESS. They have a community of mostly elderly people with health issues and disabilities and very fixed incomes. For some reason, they are making them get rid of some of their appliances that help make their life a little easier. How do they expect them to get out and do laundry? Even afford to do that laundry? What is the problem with this organization? Outside of the fact they don't screen the people in charge and allow those people to steal funds and misappropriate them away from the residents."
