"This place was decent when we first moved in (2011) back when the management team was actually decent people. We lived there for 5 years. When the new property manager came in, it turned into a dump. Always trash outside, no upkeep of anything. Bobbi was her name, though I'm sure she's not working there anymore. She made up lies saying I was "smoking pot with my kids in the car" I don't even smoke. Period. She was constantly acting erratic or sleeping in the apartment next to office & was NEVER in office when she was supposed to be. Also gave me a bad review for no reason so that I couldn't move out when rent became unaffordable by telling the housing authority lies. I was never behind on my rent, always followed the rules. Got to the point I had to get the corporate office involved. After getting the main guy in charge involved (someone from Omaha that actually had some common sense) and letting him review my payment history & the state of my apartment himself, then I was finally able to move without any issue. Glad to be away from there, would never rent there again."

"RAT HOLE, BUG INFESTED, 5+ Maintenance persons in last year. 3rd New owners in 1 year, just falls into disrepair quickly. (Photo) Most section 8 persons do not have the funds to throw away good furnishings. UNLESS... Bugs."

"we just moved in and we have roaches. My neighbor told me she has them to and the management doesn't fix anything also they are never in the office when they are suppose to be"

"I live here and I have to say that I've never had a problem. I have a seven-year-old grandson who plays on the playground every single day with lots of other kids, I have barbecued on to the pits for family gatherings without issue. If you're respectful and mindful that you are in a community that I don't think you would have a problem, but some people don't respect their boundaries. I can't say that the neighborhood is right across the street from a math infested palace because I don't do it! I keep to myself and I don't have any problems I like living here in fact I don't want to move! But I mind my business! therefore management mines theirs."

"Nothing wrong the apartments themselves just management. They brag that they have BBQ Pits but we're not allowed to use them, and they brag that they have a playground but the kids are not allowed on the playground. Also the neighborhood is terrible it's literally across the street from when the biggest meth neighborhoods in the city."
