"I hate that I have to leave a star at all. I went to fill up my tire and instead of the machine filling my tire up, it was letting air OUT of my already LOW TIRE. I walked in to ask an employee if it was broken or if she was aware and her response was “it’s not working, the sign must’ve blew away”. Walking back to my car worried and wondering how far my tire would make it with 10psi, I found a tire place near by. When I explained to the gentleman what had just happened to me at that Hy-Vee gas station he said “someone came in a few hours ago and said the same thing happened to them. This is not okay. I don’t care that it wasn’t working but the fact that the employee knew there was no sign for hours and didn’t think to put a new one on just baffles me. You need to do better. Even though this location is convenient for me, I’ll never go here again."

"I was charged $8.99 per 40lb bag of water softener salt. I pointed out that their website said it was $7.99 and showed them on my phone the price…the manager asked me if I wanted my money back because they weren’t going to honor that price! How arrogant was that? I won’t be buying any more water softener salt from them! Beware!!!"
