"We used Premier Properties when we moved to Torrington for my husband's job back in 2014. Our realtor thankfully doesn't appear to still work there, as he was without a doubt the worst realtor I've ever worked with. He was difficult to get ahold of and tried to pressure us into a home listed by none other than Premier, at a high price too. Having said that he no longer appears to work there doesn't get the rest who are still there off the hook. My husband and I were new to the state, knew no one, but were excited at the adventure ahead of us, and yet these people were so snooty, unhelpful, and plain distasteful. You would think a realtor office would try to offer better impressions to new comers, but I guess not. I am sad we ever gave them our business but at the time didn't know better. When transferred yet again out of state in 2015, we sold our sweet nest through another realtor in 3 days... Buying through Premier took a week to settle on a price and months to close. P.S. Don't trust their list of "Preferred Inspectors". The one we tried later admitted to never inspecting the crawl space or whole 2nd story of the house, where there was visible termite damage coming through the master bedroom ceiling. Discovered after closing it was an extra $1,000 for treatment out of our pocket, despite the "clean" inspection report. Beware."
