"My 13 year old saw Dr. Ashley for sports injuries, as well as three other doctors when Dr. Ashley was on leave. Every time she made significant improvement and experienced impactful healing and relief immediately. I was hesitant to go for a neck injury but finally made an appointment after two months of pain. I have seen Dr. Isaac three times so far. Words cannot even begin to express my immense and immediate relief of intense pain and every appointment leads to consistent continued improvement. He went above and beyond, spending over an hour in my first appointment to thoroughly evaluate my injury. He is incredibly patient, explaining everything in as much detail as the patient desires, and taking the time to illustrate it on a monitor showing the different muscle layers and nerves. When I was nervous about remembering the exercises he prescribed for me to do at home, he offered video demonstrations which helped me not only remember what to do, but HOW to do them with the right form. After just three appointments I am almost completely healed. My initial hesitation to seek treatment was a mistake I won’t repeat. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sports and Spine to anyone, with specific shoutouts to Dr.’s Ashley, Isaac, Erin, and Austin."

"This place is amazing!! I have worked with Jackson and Ashley. Jackson- I came in with pretty intense back pain and a slight case of scoliosis. I am very active and love to run! He has made significant improvements to my back pain and I always walk out of there a brand new person. Ashley- So I was talking with Jackson one day and had mentioned my foot pain. I told him it’s been 5 years, 3 walking boots, 3 steroid injections, and one surgery later and I’m still in so much pain and have had to stop running. It was devastating. He told me about Ashley and WOW!!!! She made such a massive difference in one visit that 3 doctors and 5 years weren’t able to do! Fast forward just 5 weeks and my foot pain is significantly better! "Dr. Ashley Sanchez is amazing! I have been having hip pain for over 2.5 years. It was keeping me from enjoying outdoor walks and getting regular sleep. I have not bee able to walk more than half a mile for over 2 years. I have had several cortisone shots to try and help with the pain. I even had surgery to remove my bursa and have my IT band pie crusted. None of this worked. So decided to get a second opinion. That doctor recommended that we think outside the box and try the Active Release Technique (ART). I was very skeptical because I have not had much luck with Chiropractic care in the past. Dr. Ashely understood my feelings and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.
