"The lady at front desk is very rude. I went in for crystal and my 1st visit besides the lady at front desk was great. I went back for follow up visit and they had issues with machines to do test but they said I should be good. But to make a follow up appointment just in case I had any issues with dizziness again and just cancel if I didn’t. I called today and left a message since no one answered and the rude lady at front desk called me and told me that I needed to come to my appt that they told me wrong. When I proceeded to tell her i don’t need to come in for no reason they already ran all test she became very rude and told me that I was having a bad day. I actually having a good day til a company tried to get more claims on my insurance for no reason. I will never go back. Stay away plenty of places to go besides there with rude front desk person. The therapist were nice the equipment was just not the best and the lady at front desk had super bad attitude the 2 times I was in there and once on the phone. I feel bad because a majority of clients are older people and she is just not a pleasant person to anyone I saw go in and out of there."
