"Worthless endocrinology clinic. Drive two hours to spend 5 minutes with the PA. He didn’t want to check any further in to blood work. Just looked at the bloodwork already done. Says everything was fine. Didn’t listen to me. Just passed me off and didn’t try to help."
"I had Shyla as my nurse and Joseph McTygue seeing me for diabetes, an underactive thyroid, and a few other concerns. They were both incredible. Kind, thoughtful, funny, and made an experience at a new office really awesome! It can be nerve wracking to have to go to a specialist. They made it easy! Front desk gal was lovely as well :)"
"I hate that my health dictates the need to come here, but that being said, I love everything about this clinic! It's never crowded or busy; the front desk is always very pleasant; the nurses are awesome; and Dr. Baehr is great! Everyone treats me like I matter and spend as much time with me as needed, never rushed. The clinic is very clean, organized and well-run."
"Horrible. They treated me like I didn't matter and they didn't want to treat me because of not having insurance. I often had to call and remind them I was due for bloodwork and had a few arguments with staff. They were often rude and uncaring. I'm glad that my doctors finally referred me to a new specialist who I'm currently waiting to meet. No one told me that I needed to pay money up front for my first appointment. So their staff was rude over it and embarrassed me in front of other patients, because I had no money to pay up front on the bill. I dealt with these people for a year and I'm glad that I no longer have to see them."
"When I received my positive diagnosis for hypothyroidism I was surprised (I am young, physically fit and only had a 14% chance due to partial thyroidectomy). I got the call about my lab results and diagnosis from a nurse who could not answer my questions and had to call me three separate times. I think that the doctor should have communicated these results. Furthermore, I started to feel extremely sick a month or so later. I suffered through the weekend and called their office early Monday morning. I didn’t receive a call back until 5:30 pm. At that point I requested to switch doctors within the practice (I had heard good things about Dr. Jasti). They said they would talk to the office manager and call me back. Two weeks passed and I called back, they refused to let me switch."
