"When Jenna Cook was there things were alright. When she left for a different clinic my husband and I followed her. The billing team called us Dailey about the bill we owed and after talking with their office manager to explain that we have been making monthly payments and planned to continue to do so due to my losing my job, one of their billing staff called and yelled at me (7 months pregnant) and demanded that I pay the entire $300 that day or she would personally be to we were sent to collections. They don’t truly care about their patients outside of the money in their pockets."

"You would think doctors would be caring and understanding, but that's not the case at LFMG. I was dismissed from being their patient after missing too many appointments with zero warning that I was getting close to them dismissing me. I didn't even know about it until I called to schedule a new appointment and was told I was no longer going to be a patient. Mind you, part of what I was seeing them for was ADHD. It's almost like I have a hard time remembering appointments due to a medical issue! I'm now left scrambling to find a new doctor to prescribe medications that have been life-changing for me.
