"Dr. Wells does a good job of walking me through the eye exam. She also explained the new process and results of taking a picture of the eye instead of dilation. The explanation helped me to understand what they are dictating to the assistant regarding issues in the eye."

"The other evening, I suddenly developed symptoms that were like those of a retinal tear (per Google search) & the importance of seeing an eye doctor right away was highly emphasized. I called first thing the next morning & triage fit me into the schedule right away. I was there in less than an hour. I had been to Midwest Eye Care one time before in 2019 & they scheduled me to see Dr. Brown, whom I had seen 5 years ago. He reviewed my records prior to entering the exam room; prepared with knowledge of my history for any relevance to my condition. His thoroughness & expertise are quite evident. On top of that, his manner is incredibly professional & pleasant, bringing ease to any of the patient's uncertainties, fears &/or concerns. An FYI that my mom & brother-in-law go to another doctor at Midwest Eye, have both had procedures done for retinal tear ( b-i-l) & cataracts (Mom) & both were extremely pleased with the outcomes & follow up care. I highly recommend Midwest Eye Care for their excellent service & very welcoming experience starting with the initial phone call, to every employee you encounter for the entire visit."
