"I came here for a DOT physical. The person working at the front desk that checked me in was very nice and professional. I guess I was supposed to fill out something online before showing up for my appointment but my company never said anything to me about it. After telling him I didn't have any way of getting online to fill out the information he was nice enough to get me a computer to fill it out. He was a very nice individual."
"The doctor was very rude and made multiple smart remarks. She laughed at my comments. She treated my injury like it was a joke."
"David Durand DO is the absolute worst medical professional I've encountered in my life. I always knew that every graduating class of med school has a best in class and by default a worst in class. He is clearly the second of those 2 options."
"The clinic next door does a better job at getting people in and out. Waited literal hours for a drug screen and physical, even if you're there on time or early."
"Doctor Penni and the nurse were fantastic--efficient, knowledgeable, professional, compassionate. But the office management is horrendous. I waited in a crowded waiting room with half the people unmasked for one and a half hours, even though I arrived on time for my appointment. The appointment times don't seem to matter, and when I complained that people were unmasked, I just got the response that they don't want to enforce it. I'm a teacher, and I don't like to enforce it with my students either, but it's my job. If they have a company policy of masking (which they do), they should enforce it in order to provide a safe environment for their patients. They need a new office manager and a more efficient system."
