"I received the best care from Bridget Green and her staff last week. I was not in the best head space going in there, and she really took her time, was super empathetic, got me the right medications and referred me to a great rheumatologist. Very caring and knowledgeable."

"I rarely leave reviews and have been a long time patient of Urgent Care, but will not be returning after my last visit. Instead of ordering simple lab work for a simple problem, an intense panel was ordered. I was not warned that this would cost significantly more than the lab work I am used to. My bill for the lab work was $648 after insurance. After several phone calls and a lot of stress, I got the bill dropped to $125. I went to my doctor when I still had symptoms the following week, and she ran the simple lab work. This cost me $5 after insurance. I asked Urgent Care to fax the panel that was ordered to her. She told me such a thorough panel was unnecessary for my situation. I have appreciated my communication with the office manager at Urgent Care as we have worked to get this resolved, but I still feel taken advantage of. I am only writing a review to warn people to ask about pricing before agreeing to lab work in the future."

"This place has always been amazing to us. Kind front desk staff who check you in quickly, barely had a wait, nurses quickly get their stats, and then the doctor came promptly. The Dr. was so kind to my daughter and made her smile even with her terrible earache. Will always come here where they care about your time and take care of you quickly!"

"With no exaggeration I can say this is the best urgent care I have ever been to. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the people at the front desk were so welcoming, it's the perfect place to go when you're not feeling well. Not only that but the nurse practitioner that helped me made me feel like I was heard and understood completely. I left there feeling better. It was an overall amazing experience!"

"Chuck at the front desk is receptionist goals. I sat in the waiting room for a few minutes and got the pleasure of getting to witness him interacting with multiple people both coming in to be seen and leaving as well as calling over the phone to inquire about services. At every turn Chuck was incredibly pleasant, even tempered, polite, gracious, informative, compassionate, educated, and intelligent. He encouraged the patient over the phone to “grab their insurance card and prior authorization paperwork and to head over, we’ll get ya taken care of,” he told the elderly gentleman slowly making his way to the door that it was “nice to see him” and to “Take care.” Chuck won almost every parent coming through the door to walk over to his desk because he was the first to welcome and assist pleasantly; He’s also incredibly knowledgeable and gently communicated the office’s payment policies, putting any worries to rest about any insurance hiccups that might come along before asking me to sign a COVID acknowledgement as tests may or may not be covered by insurance. I appreciated him taking the time to explain a formal document in layman’s terms because I’m really not feeling well or up to reading a lengthy document. I’ve been coming to Urgent Care Clinic of Lincoln P.C. on and off through the last 7 years. Each and every time I come in and work with Chuck prior to my appointment, it changes/ shapes my entire experience at this business.
