"I have worked in this building as a day shift charge nurse for two years. I started as a night shift nurse through agency in December 2020 during Covid and chose to leave agency work to come to work in the building as core staff. In two years I’ve seen a lot of change…good change. Azria was bought by a new company over the summer 2023 and I have to say that things have continually improved each month. This building and its residents truly hold my heart. Between remodel, hiring of new staff and a completely new management team I can say The Willows are on a continual rise up. EVERY single building/job has its issues and no place is perfect, however, the administrator and director of nursing are giving everything they have to make the community better for not only the residents that live there but for the te that works there. They truly care and it shows. Policies have improved, staff expectation is being met, residents are cared for by people who truly love them and the staff is fully supported by the management team. Again no place is perfect but they are putting true effort in making this building a home for the residents and a great place to work for the staff."

"Azria Health Gretna has been doing a great job in caring for the residents during COVID. They have kept our loved one and their friends safe from getting sick. They have done this all during a renovation project that looks amazing and we can’t wait to see it all done. The residents are happy, treated and cared for like family and the food is great. I like the medical professionals that you see in the facility regularly caring for the residents. They always do what is best for the residents and will advocate for their needs. Staff are really great and we would love to see them hire some of the agency staff permanently. Therapy staff have done wonders for our loved one and we have seen many residents make significant progress that was not expected but they were able to help them achieve higher independence. Love the activities and the parties. Leadership team works quite well together from what I have observed. I have even seen the administrator in scrubs out helping on the floor, on evenings and weekends doing what ever is needed. That is not something you see at other facilities. They do it right at Azria Health Gretna. They may not be perfect but they are about as cose to perfect as you can expect. As long as they continue to care for my family member and his friends like we would if they were at home with us-I am thrilled to keep my loved one at Azria Health Gretna for many years to come. As someone who kept their loved one home as long as possible I know how hard a job they are doing. They are humans and will make mistakes but they have owned anything bright to their attention, addressed it and made it better not just for my loved one but all of the residents. They always take the opportunity to not just fix the problem for the one individual with a concern but they also ask “how cna we fix this for everyone else”. I a just so impressed by how things are handled and addressed by the administration. I just can’t say enough positive about this facility."

"This is the worst place ever. They have inadequate rehabilitation equipment. They don't truly "care" about your loved one. They are only in business for your money! If you love your family member don't engage this place!! They will not keep you abreast of what's going on but will talk to you when it's about paying your 8k every month...i had a horrible experience with this place and would encourage you to seek rehabilitation and care elsewhere if you love whomever needs care!"
