"If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place to anyone, I had a bad infection in my nose and throat and they didn’t even acknowledge how much pain I was in. My throat was RAW and they sent me home with nothing. Thank god for Dr Sullivan at Fremont family medical for getting me what I need to get over this !!!"

"Have never been treated so poorly by a doctor office in my life. The staff were talking down about me when I exited the first room then the doctor told me he could only check for viral. Completely disrespectful, told me I was in the wrong place. Absolutely would give zero stars if I could.. zero empathy or care shown by staff other than reception…."
"I would give 0 stars if possible. Took our grandson in. The doctor was rude, hardly checked him, barely acknowledged us. We will definitely make the drive to Omaha next time. Very disappointed in our urgent care, or at least this physician today. He definitely did not act like he wanted to be there."
