"If I could give zero stars I would. My experience with Momenta Pain Care has been a complete and expensive waste of time. Six weeks ago, I had my first and only appointment at Momenta Pain Care. It basically consisted of me describing my pain, and then, a sales pitch about how their treatments could, maybe, possibly, benefit me (no guarantees though). I was told that they would need to schedule an updated MRI, and they would let me know within 24-48 hours where and when to go for the MRI. I was also told that their patient treatment liaison would reach out to discuss their proposed treatment process with me, and that I was welcome to call her if I had questions. So, two days later I left a phone message for the liaison to call me because I had some questions, plus, since I had not received any information about the scheduling of my MRI, I also wanted to know the status of that. Nearly six weeks later, I have never heard from them, period. I did, however, receive a bill for a charge in the amount of $2,053 for absolutely no help whatsoever. Needless to say, I'm completely unimpressed and still in pain!!!"
