"I was in this glorified veterinary clinic for about an hour, just got a bill for 15k. They sent me to Scott's Bluff where I stayed for 3 days and had surgery. Total bill for Scott's Bluff was 12k. This dump is price gouging"
"A faaaaaar better hospital than the one in Sidney. Polite staff and that already puts Sidney Regional to shame!"
"Passing through on my way to Iowa and had a kidney stone develop. Went to the ER. They took great care of me. Staff was awesome and the Dr. was top notch. Named the kidney stone after their town. Kimball passed 5 days later."
"I was driving as OTR transfer food from my state Idaho to another state. I had fever 103.3 F and breathing difficulty. I went to this emergency room and stayed there about 5 hours .they used all the devices they have even the once that is not working to charge me more & more. They put me in heart ct scan , ekg ... after all they just give me some ibuprofen and discharged me with $6888.18 bill . I wish there's a Law deter them and hold them accountable for these greedy unprofessional practices."
"Had surgery with Dr William Wyatt at KHS in late October of 2020. I posted an extensive review earlier but for some reason it doesn't show. My surgery was a major one. Initially we had some concerns due to the size of the facility but they were awesome. A great small town feeling. The staff and community were caring and kind. I had sought out Dr Wyatt based on prior experience with him. He was and is first rate, experienced, caring, compassionate and kind. The surgical team was excellent, to a point where they all came in on a Sunday afternoon to manage a surgical complication which required an additional surgery. It was awesome to work with the smaller staff and to be made feel like family. The post surgical follow ups were amazing. The Dr personally made contact a couple times a week to make sure things were good with no additional concerns. Dr. Wyatt literally spent hours pre and post op on planning and education with us. We knew what to expect. I was on a first name basis with staff who worked with me. Call buttons were answered in moments, not minutes. Make no mistake this is a busy facility with ER, inpatient, clinical and surgical services. They were appropriately staffed and care was great. This was during the 2nd Covid influx as well. Cannot say enough about this facility staff and surgeon, except they were great to work with and inspired confidence while making us feel welcome. This feeling of personal attention and being important is often missing with larger facilities. Kudos to the staff and crew of this capable, smaller facility."
