"Worst store and company I've ever seen. Employee was taken away by ambulance due to possibly having a heat attack and when store manager shows up, only thing out of her mouth was I can't believe he left the store. A police officer was watching the place, so nobody went in. Sad that a company like this even exists or a boss that thinks like this. I will never shop there again"

"My brother and I stopped in our truck to grab a bite to eat and utilize its facilities. The staff observed us waiting. When we got done waiting to grab some food and walk out, a young lady behind the counter jokingly comments "I guess they got tired of waiting." This is my first time at a Cubbys (and in Iowa) and I hope this is not a regular thing at your other locations. Having made a successful living in the service industry I would recommend some coaching of the staff regarding acknowledging customers and encouraging repeat business."

"On Christmas I went in and it was my first time going there. I went to get coffee and the bottom of the cup gave out and hot coffee got all over me. And there were two lady’s working and I went to go get one and she said yeah I see that and sighed. She went to go get a mop. I started to clean myself off and the other lady walked out and was like oh my god and went back to the cash register. When the lady came out with the mop she didn’t even bother to ask me if I was okay. And I was like sorry and she didn’t say anything. So I walked out and I was like whatever. That place has horrible customer service and I won’t come back again. There was no excuse to treat a customer like that."
