"Had a knee replacement this week and was a guest overnight at the incredible facility. Not only were they professional, but also friendly, helpful and gave me the best care possible. I am a nurse so my I'm critical regarding patient care. This was the most wonderful experience. I would give this facility a 10/10 if possible, and I have no reservations about recommending it for postoperative stays."
"Had a diagnostic laparoscopy and for my first ever hospital visit this was as smooth as one could ask. They got me in earlier than expected, the nurses answered all my questions, and were kind when I had a posse of folks to see me and only two could be up there. They were very gentle, smooth needle insertions with NO bruising. I was outpatient and didn’t feel rushed to leave in the slightest. The one thing I would say needs improvement was when I arrived at check-in the employee behind the desk was talking with another employee. I wasn’t sure if it was an employee, I thought it was a patient, so I waited at the “wait here” sign and she looked at me and sharply said “did you need something?” Which threw me off a little bit. The other employee did my intake and was pleasant so it was a minor hiccup in an overall great experience."
