Reviews of The Rococo Theatre
"The show was great. The seating is way too close together. It’s tables of 4 that are 2 ft apart from each other. You have to turn your chairs to the stage. So let that sink in. If you get front row seats you’re good though."
"Security is awful/stupid. Waving around metal detectors with no knowledge of how to use them. Fake security protocols like sending you back to your car over a purse. Pathetic. The building is beautiful but not sure if I will come back."
"Security guys should read up on their own bag policy before the doors open for a show. My wife had a clutch purse and they wouldn't allow it. Wasn't going to argue with the dude, especially since we were parked close, but pretty frustrating."
"Seen the Black Jackets there and the performance and sound was fantastic. Sat in the balcony and could see everything. Not a bad view."
"This is a beautiful theater whose interior reminded me of a medieval castle. We had chosen tickets for Loge I 00 seats 3 and 4. I was glad we were the only two at that table because the seats on the right side of the table were dangerously close to a step down to the next level. While it was nice to have bathrooms upstairs, be cautious when opening the doors and seeing the stairs below. The ladies' restroom was very dark; the seats were so high my feet dangled about a foot off the floor; the seats were very cold; and, another patron noted no matter how long she had run the water to get warm water, she never received it. The seats we had in the Loge section were nice and comfortable with good views. My chair rocked sometimes, and when I reached underneath to help pull it forward, I found gum underneath. Our table had what felt like crusty food on it. I also kicked out from under the table what appeared to be a large green napkin. 0⁰"
