"Got the worst haircut of my life and will not be going back. The back of my head was so incredibly un-even, my sides were also un-even and looked more like a bowl cut than a fade, then when asked to leave an inch and a half on the top, proceeded to leave like three inches on(she said I had about three and a half inches before she cut) when i asked her to take more off literally seemed like she was pretend cutting my hair. The lady just seemed like she had no passion for cutting and it showed. Don’t get me wrong I’ve gone to sports clips for awhile and have been pretty complacent with my cuts and some off the ladies there do actually seem like they want to be there, but the bad out way the good for sure."

"My son came in with a picture of what he wanted .. they hair cut came out like a nightmare uneven fly hairs all over he was in tears .. called the manager in the morning Veronica her response my son needs to go in the store and tell her himself what is wrong with the haircut he is a ten year old boy .. wow when I told her not my sons job to tell her how to do her job she said my son needs to build confidence.. just because your stylist should not have a license does not mean my son has no confidence or needs to tell you what you did wrong or how to do your job .. you should be ashamed what he got what he wanted and his hair before she messed it up"
