"We had a 1015 appointment with Chris to look at some carpet stretching needs. By 1100, he was still a no-show. We called him. He said, “I’ll be there in a few minutes. I’m just now leaving Cracker Barrel.” He finally arrived about 1130, looked at our problems, told us it would be an all day job and would send us an estimate that evening. Three weeks later, still no estimate. If you don’t really want to do a job, just be up front and say so!"
