"Since moving to the Wedgewood neighborhood 5 years ago now...Earl May's has been my go to for all my gardening needs. Their plants are always healthy and guaranteed. they also have a unique selection of houseplants. I also like that if you purchase a house plant and planter, they will repot it for free with the right soil blend appropriate for the plant. I was recently helped by an employee by the name of Paige, who I bothered with a question while she was occupied with another task. She happily stopped what she was doing and proceeded to assist me with questions regarding some of their stocked houseplants. When I had a question that she wasn't able to answer, she asked for assistance from another employee named Sean who was was able to assist me. I wanted to shine light on this specific interaction because at the time, the store was very busy. Both of the employees that I interacted with were in cheerful moods and the communication between Paige and Sean (who I eventually found out is the store manager) was very professional considering the stress in the store at the time. Not once did I feel rushed during my interaction and I got all the answers plus more that I needed. I will continue to use this store location as my default for all of my garden/landscaping materials and needs."

"Purchased two Perennials with a $50 gift card. The gift card was given to purchase a plant in memory of a passing relative. This following year the plants never returned leaving a bare area in our flower bed. Since this was a gift card, had no receipt. The clerk doing her job advised she could not provide a replacement without a receipt. In place of the original area, planted some begonias for $2.99 from a big box store. Will no longer shops this location."
