"I was trying to book a hotel in Omaha in June (2023) and could not find anything (it turns out the Junior World Series was going on there), so I had to "settle" for Lincoln. I am glad I did. This hotel was five stars all the way, and worth the 54-minute drive to Omaha for my flight home. First, I do not think that it is a chain, and it shows, from the genuine kindness of the staff, down to the location of elevators vis-a vis rooms, careful design of the room layout, and their choice of bath products. It felt luxurious, without being over the top, simply because there was an attention to the customer's needs. The gym was excellent. There was a hushed tastefulness about everything. I slept like a baby. Now, I will say that I stayed here during an off-season period (it was mid-June, so there were no Cornhusker events going on), which may be the cause of the calm, but I'll take it. Also, I did not eat or drink here (I was directed to a very fine eating establishment one short block away), so cannot comment on the bar or restaurant, but I will say that Lincoln and the Kindler get my vote!"

"Excellent hotel, excellent service, excellent location! Stayed 5 days and 4 nights here and had a great experience. Room was super nice and the bathroom floor was heated! Also close walking proximity to the Haymarket and the university! Also when we checked out, our ride to the airport would not be there for another 5 hours so the front desk held onto our bags for us so we could go to lunch and walk around. This was very much appreciated and made our travel day much easier! Would highly recommend staying here when in Lincoln!"
