"Dude at the counter continuously gave different totals. Attempted to pay with two cards, was given yet again another difference price, and realized we would not be able to afford it. Asked to be refunded, and was told it will take few days to do so. Never stepped foot into a room, confusion with prices, and sofar out of about $150. Hopefully it's returned soon."

"Room was clean. Fridge did not work. Tried to tell the front desk and the did not agree. Had to ice down all our food that didn’t spoil! Shampoo bottle was empty! Housekeeping entered our room and started babbling about being out by 11 at 10:15! Not cool. We can read! No one at front desk to address concerns when we left at 10:52"

"Advertised as a queen room. It's definitely not a queen bed.. all queen rooms are advertised as such. All are full sized beds. "The manager is aware of the problem," the manager doesn't care"

"Stayed overnight for a Huskers game. Check in was easy (and they were able to accommodate an early check in, which was great since we had luggage) & the room was nice and clean. Good location!"
