"Room was pleasant and clean but the mattress was horrible, lumpy and uneven. I finally got up at 3:00 am and put my clothing in the hole to even out the mattress so as to sleep. It didn’t work. I will not stay here ever again. The front desk said they would let the manager know my complaint. A lot of good that will do me."

"Hotel was clean and nice. Front desk staff was kinda dry and not friendly. Bartender was very nice. I left at 11 and it had rained and snowed a little and was very very slick outside their door. Could have salted even a little."

"Lovely location to stay that is quite clean and conveniently located in the centre of town. Although there isn't free parking for visitors, there is a parking garage close by. The rooms were cosy and immaculate. The staff was nice and supportive."

"Excellent hotel with an unparalleled location. Great customer service as well from the staff; I appreciated Rachel's professionalism. The rooms are in great shape, with comfortable mattresses and good linens. Spotlessly clean as well. I loved the walkable location - close to the stadium and tons of restaurants. Downtown Lincoln feels very safe. You can either pay just under $20 to have your car valet parked; we chose the $11.50 parking garage just across the street. Highly recommend!"
