"I recently went here for my first session for tattoo removal. I wish there was more instruction on how to care for the tattoo than only cover it from the sun. I would like more information on what activities to avoid."

"Customer service at the front desk is terrible here. Needs to be retrained! Brittany, the receptionist is probably the rudest person I have had to deal with here. Unpleasant and un accommodating. I have a package that I purchased which is the only reason I am still there for now. They created a new policy out of nowhere and sent no notices out, or had us sign documents but are trying to implement that or they’ll take your money if you pre paid."

"Wonderful experience! I’ve been to many aesthetics providers and this one always stands out to me because of the friendly staff and fair prices. I never get the stuffy vibe I’ve experienced elsewhere. The staff always checks the multiple rewards programs out there to help me save when possible. (Side note: always, always sign up for the rewards program!) This spa is fully equipped to do a WIDE variety of services and I can’t wait to try more of them."

"I can't explain how disappointed I am with my last experience at this place. I bought some sort of deal that included a diamond glow facial and 20 units of Botox. It was my mother's birthday so I wanted to make it special for her so I bought her the "deal" too. What a huge mistake I made. Her whole experience seems shady. It was my mother's first time getting Botox. They didn't use the 20 units and asked her to come back in a week or two for 2 more units and then when she went in again they said to come back for that one unit that was left in a couple of months. Someone explain that to me? When I had my facial and Botox the lady suggested I get 3 extra units. So, I am in my 30s and my mother is in her 50s. I've had Botox before at a different business. I usually get Botox on my forehead and I start to feel it getting tighter in less than a week. I waited for 11 days before realizing that it wasn't doing anything, therefore I called them and I spoke to the front desk lady but she said that 20 units weren't that much so I told her I knew that but yet they didn't use all of them on my mother? So, this "package deal" was almost $300 bucks for each one of us. I also asked the front desk lady if they dilute their Botox but she insisted that they only reconstitute it which I didn't see them doing, either. They had it drawn up in a syringe before injecting it. Extreme disappointment with this business and of course I wouldn't recommend it."
