"I just purchased a 2018 BMW X5 from Muths Motors and it was an exceptional buying experience. I have purchased over 20 cars in my lifetime, and never has the process been so fast, smooth, and straightforward. I arrived as they were closing for the night, and Shawn was great about it; he let me take the car for a drive and went over the numbers with me, and the amount was exactly what he had quoted me before my arrival. He offered to have the car detailed and then held it for an extra day for me while it was snowing so I could pick it up the next day. The car is beautiful, and I have enjoyed my first two days of driving it. A+ to Shawn and Muths Motors, they are great!"

"One week after taking delivery of my new used car there was an emergency light on my dash that told me my ABS brake system had a serious problem! I immediately took car back to Muth and was told they were too busy to even look at it. I left the car for 3 days and was told they couldn't find anything wrong. Less than 5 miles away the lights came back on. I went to a highly respected mechanic who told me the replacement of this system is $2000 plus. While driving on the interstate the rear bumper ripped away $1700! Muth told me that i bought an AS IS used car and that I was responsible. The worst part of the experience were the lies from Muth and his service dept."

"Shawn was a wonderful sales associate. I took the vehicle for about 2 hours to test drive it and get it looked over for a pre-purchase inspection and he was very patient with me! It turned out there was an issue with the windshield that was not noticed until nearly a week after purchase that the dealership had not noticed previously either, and they took care of it for me! They're very helpful, honest, and want to make sure they do things right! There are a lot of sketchy dealerships on L street, but Muth Motors is NOT one of them! Highly recommended!"
