"This was my first time here, and I was with Helen for a fill, tip replacement, and gel polish. I had an appointment and was seen promptly, despite the salon being fairly busy when I walked in. Helen was cheerful and friendly, and I found her lovely to work with. She asked all the right questions about shape and length, and then proceeded to do a really great job. The prices are competitive, and the salon is bright and clean. I definitely recommend Halo Nails...and Helen."

"I have been here a few times and have enjoyed all my experiences. This last time I was not satisfied with the finished product after I left with one of my hands. It looked as though my nails had grown out the same day I receiving my service. I called back the next possible day and they got me in that evening and filled in the nails at no additional charge. I greatly appreciated their attention to detail and working with me to fix my concerns."

"The service was ok. I got these done about a week and a half ago, I really tried to like this set. The lady who did them was very nice, however this took over an hour and half to do. The nails are very thick near the cuticle and I have several crooked nails. One of which is my ring finger and as these nails grow out a bit, it’s now rubbing my middle finger. These were $55 plus tip. $65 after tip. (I know I shouldn’t tip quality I’m not satisfied with, but I just can’t be one of those people) I just won’t go here again. I gave 3 stars because the nail tech was pleasant, but that’s about it."

"i have always been impressed by halo and their work, but this time around was shocking!! it was such a disappointment. i booked both a manicure and a pedicure. the pedicure turned out just fine. this manicure was the worst manicure i’ve ever had. my nails were so long before i went in and this girl filed them down so much! after finishing my nails, she left so much polish on my skin. i had to remind her to wipe the polish off, which made me so angry. i also thought both of the girls i had pretty unfriendly. the other girls are super friendly, so i was completely taken by surprise yesterday. this is my manicure a day after. i’m so frustrated, i feel like i could have saved my money and done a better job on my nails myself."

"One of the best sets of nails I have ever had! Not only do my nails look so nice, but they were done in such a timely manner. The salon environment feels very clean and the entire staff is so kind. It has also been 3 weeks since I have got this set of nails and not one gemstone has fallen off!"
