Tila Nails

"Definitely would NOT recommend to anyone who wants to spend their hard earned cash getting pampered at this shop. I went and got a full set of acrylics and mind you I’m a stay at home wife, well not even a week later three of my nails started lifting and when I went back to have them fixed the girl in charge I suppose was very rude about fixing what they messed up on..she replaced one nail that came off and the other she just glued back on?!? It seemed as though she wanted me to pay for another fill but I refused, she charged me $6 for replacing two nails and once I got home the nails came right back off I have also had issues with them cutting me and possibly infection but I never went to the dr to treat.. will not be going back She was very rude and unprofessional, there are much better shops out there, don’t go there!!!!"

"Came for a pedicure for my cousin and I for her birthday. We went through 3 polishes to get one that was not so thick and old that it would work. Then, we were sent out the door with wet toes. This is still lacking on details. I came back in within 5 minutes to ask for a refund because I was dissatisfied and done with trying to let them provide services that were clearly inadequate. I was refused a refund and told to allow them to paint my nails again. I asked to have my cousin's repainted too,because she had been given the same polish, left with nails that were half smudged off. We had our nails repainted and they asked for more money for a polish change."

"The ladies are kind, but since I've been 2 months ago,they completely changed their system--you get less for more money. They upped the price of their package by $7, and took away the free design. Also less massage time...quite disappointed"

"I Went in for a $39 pedicure, on Tuesday 6/6/23. The lady who did my toes, cut the side of my big toe. It started bleeding, she kept picking at it, I had to ask her to stop picking at it with the nippers. I believe she was trying to get out an ingrown toe nail. She proceeded to pour alcohol on it multiple times. She tried to cut it again, and I told her to stop. She asked me "does it hurt?" , I obviously said yes. She painted my toes, and I could tell it was extra tender. The next day it was inflamed, I called and told them I think it's infected. They had me come in, and they soaked my feet and picked at it more. Then they poured more alcohol on it, about 10 times. They told me they would give my money back if "it hurts in a couple days." It's been two days now, and it bled through my sock at work. I work 8 hours a day, on my feet, and I relayed that to them and they refused to give my money back."

"Designs are good for the most part. Multiple times of getting my nails done here, I’m tired of my skin at the top of my fingertips being ripped off every time a nail breaks. Second one to break in minimally 2 weeks. Horribly painful when it happens and incredibly frustrating. When I went back after letting my nail heal for a full day 1/2, to have them fix it, they refused to fix it. I’m just done coming here after years of doing so…I’m tired of my nails being destroyed….and my skin being ripped off. Another reputable place I went to in town told me the reason this has continued to happen to me is because the tips were being glued way too far up on my nails."
