"After having an absolutely terrible experience at the Papillion location I drove across town to this one-off 76th & Cass. They were pretty busy for a Sunday but were very still very friendly. I told the young man what I wanted and that I noticed if I ordered online I could get a 30% discount. He said he can gladly give me the same discount. Perfect. While he mixed the paint another friendly young man did the check out. Very efficient process. In a matter of ten or 15 minutes I had the 4 gallons I needed. The young man even carried them to the car for me. I’m sorry I didn’t get their names but they were great. A far cry from the rude employees at their Papillion location."

"Major shout out to Sherwin Williams at 76th and Cass St. I brought in two buckets of paint to be mixed because it's time to touch up our wall paint again (for the 7th time!) I just really love freshly painted walls. I asked them how to avoid all the dry paint flakes that float in the bucket from ending up on the wall. I use this terrible technique of rolling on the paint, then handpicking out the flakes, and then rolling over it again to hide my finger prints. They showed me the paint strainers which I didn't even know existed and then demoed how to use them. Partway through the demo he said he'd just go strain the paint for me if I had time to wait for it. It only took a few minutes but required pouring the paint from my buckets through a strainer and into new buckets. Could be a real messy job if I attempted it later at home. I heard his co-workers ask what was he was doing and the store manager quickly respond that he was going "above and beyond for a customer." I totally agree. He went totally above and beyond in way that wasn't necessary but much appreciated. So to the employee with the clean apple watch but now paint-covered hands, thank you so much!"
