"I have been going here for quite some time and just last week I had an appointment with them and I had to wait almost an hour after my initial start time. Which seems a little odd to me since I specifically made an appointment so I would have a time reserved for me right? It just made me realize they're going to take walk ins before appointments because they will never turn down money so its truly no use making an appointment. I came in to get a halloween set and I could tell Ly was rushing. The results were super rushed and I could tell she didnt put as much effort as she could. She did offer to fix them for free but I just wasnt happy with my results even after she fixed them. They were thick and the shapes of each nail were not the same. Hopefully none of this happens to you guys but I will not be coming here anymore because of this. I want to find a nail tech that will reserve a time for me if I make an appointment and also try their best at the nail art I showed them.
